Objective:To explore the change of tumor marker values and immunity index for non-small cell Lung cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and also to appraise their clinical application and correlation.Methods:121patients from2008to2011in our hospital with A NSCLC were divided into two groups.58patients enrolled in group were treated with chemotherapy in two courses, followed by surgery in3weeks later. The regimen is GP or PP63patients enrolled in group were treated with operation only. Chemotherapy group compared with operation group differences in factor, whileResults:The amount of blood loss in operation the drainage quantity in24h andthe accidence rate of arrhythmia after operation in in group I was higher than that in group Ⅱ (P<0.05).No significant difference of other complication incidence rate was found between this two groups (P>0.05).The levels of CD4+、CD8+、CD16CD56cell were lower in group I than that in group Ⅱ (P<0.05);There were no significant difference of other immunity index betweenthe two groups (P>0.05).The tumor marker values in group I were signifiantly lower than that in group Ⅱ (P<0.05)Conclusions:Although neoadjuvant chemotherapy increase the difficulty of surgery and postoperative lung cancer risk in some extent for patiensts with Stage Non-small Cell Lung Cancer, the level of serum tumor marker values after operation can be reduced significantly.
