Objectives TO observe Hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) in pationts with coron ary artery disease in expression, analysis its relation to the coronary collateral circulation formation, severity of coronary atherosclerosis;we discusses the role of HGF in coronary artery disease. Methods We selected100elderly patients with coronary angiography,from2009to2010in Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University Department, all selected patients were gather blood specimens before the morning without curing. According to the results of coronary angiography, all patients were devided into the acute myocardial infarction group (n=35), unstable angina group (n=35), stable angina group (n=30); and ELISA method was used to determine serum HGF levels, Gensini scoring methods (American Heart Association AHA/ACC coronary artery image scoring segmentation evaluation criterion) was used to evaluate the severity of coronary lesion; Rentrop rating criteria was used to judge the degree of coronary collateral circulation,30normol subjects was from the health men in the hospitalResultes1.The serum HGF concentration determinationSA group (862.826±301.262ng/L, UA group (1221.25±317.02ng/L, AMI group (1429.16±637.77ng/L, a normal control group (322.33±310.38ng/L increased significantly, a statistically significant difference (P<0.01); Group compared with SA, AMI and UA HGF significant increases in serum concentration group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); Compared with UA group, AMI HGF significant increases in serum concentration group, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).2. Different pathological changes in serum HGF concentration determination countSingle lesions group (957.41±350.96ng/L, double a lesions group (1012.27±378.75ng/L, three teams of lesions group (1504.27±568.11ng/L, a normal control group (322.13±266.13ng/L increases, a statistically significant difference (P<0.01); Group compared with single lesions, double teams and three teams of HGF elevated serum concentrations of disease, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); A group compared with double lesions, three teams of HGF elevated serum concentrations of disease, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).3. Different classification system collateral circulation HGF concentration determinationRentropO level (344.08±248.68ng/L; Level1(401.81±272.66ng/L; Level2(1058.54±438.00ng/L; Level3(1673.53±532.27ng/L. Coronary heart disease group, coronary collateral circulation form the better, the higher the serum HGF concentration. Compared with RentropO level, Rentrop2level and a significantly higher level3, a statistically significant difference (P<0.01); And over Rentropl level, Rentrop2level and a significantly higher level3, a statistically significant difference (P<0.01); Compared with Rentrop2level, Rentrop3significantly higher level, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); RentropO level and Rentrop1than level, without significant increases in serum HGF concentration, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).4. Pearson correlation analysis resultsSerum HGF level and Rentrop classification, a positive correlation between Gensini score (r=0.581,0.682, P<0.05).5. Many factors Logistic regression analysisTo collateral circulation for the dependent variable (yes=1, no=0) to gender, age, and smoking history, family history of cardiovascular disease, and body mass index (BMI), diabetes, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure and triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL-C, hdl-c, Gensini score for the independent variable, more factors Logistic regression analysis, the results into the equation with diabetes have a history, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, LDL-C, HGF, Gensini score. Gensini score, HGF is the effect of coronary artery collateral circulation of the form is related factors, the standard of regression coefficients are2.313,1.245; Diabetes, systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure and low density lipoprotein is the effect of coronary artery collateral circulation form negative correlation factors, the standard of regression coefficients were1.601,1.371,1.265,1.324)...
