Objective: The Hedgehog signal channel blockers (Cyclopamine) to MC cell proliferation ofapoptosis influence.Methods: Taking the cryopreservation of GES-1 cells which were revived and passaged. Until80% cells mixing, the cells were placed into 6mm petri dishes after cell counting. Adding the0.01mol/L solution of MNNG into GES-1 cells which were growing strongly,the finalconcentration is 2310-5mol/L. Replacing the culture solution without MNNG after the cellscultured 24 hours without sunlight. The treatment of the GES-1 MNNG cells (named for MCcells, growth properties change, present the tumor cells and the growth of the characteristics ofmorphology.) . Thecontrol group, 10μmol/L concentration of the G1 phase cells percentage respectively 33.94%,49.83%; The cell apoptosis rate in the control group and 10μmol/L concentration theexperimental group were 1.34%, 7.09%.Conclusion: Ring and amine inhibitory effects of the cells in MC limitation andconcentration-response dependencies. Ring and amine can restrain MC cell proliferation capacityand induction of apoptosis MC function, its mechanism and inhibit the Hedgehog signalpathway.
