AG490 promote endometrial cancer cell lines apoptosis:10umo1 / L, 20umol/L, 40umo1 / LAG490 processcells 48h, apoptosis rate respectively( 9.354士0.469 )%, and(13.785士0.225)%,and effect (18.541士0.465) %, with control test results (3.859士0.139) % statistically significant (P < 0.05), and the comparisonbetween various concentrations group there were significant differences (F=931.596, P<0.05), show AG490promote endometrial carcinoma cells apoptosis and have the concentration dependence effect.2. Different concentration of AG490 processing cells, s-p test found that each group immunohistochemicalresults: JAK2protein and BCL2protein and p-STAT3protein positive signals reduced with theconcentration of AG490 increasesing.3. The expressions of these three proteins were positive correlation ( P < 0. 05) .Conclusion:1. AG490 can promote endometrial cancer cell apoptosis.2. AG490 can make JAK2, p - STAT3and downstream of the gene BCL-2 protein expression fall, thusspecifically blocking JAK - Stat3 signal pathway and a concentration dependence. 3. JAK-STAT signal transduction pathways may inhibit the cell apoptosis, participating in the occurrence ofendometrial cancer development, so it can by blocking access to the molecular targe makes the therapy.
