Background: Breast cancer is one of the most common malignanttumor, one of the most common malignancy is a serious impact on women’shealth and even life-threatening, according to statistics, the incidence rateaccounted for7-10%of systemic malignancies. Occurs between40-60years ofage, premenopausal and postmenopausal women have a higher prevalence inrecent years, neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer as the main treatmentfor the treatment of locally advanced breast cancer has gradually become aresearch focus of the oncology community, its efficacy assessment methods aremore but less continuous pathological pathological assessment of its efficacy. Objective:Evaluation of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy byneedle biopsy of breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breastcancer cell pathological changes.Methods:63cases of locally advanced breast cancer were taken ingroup from November2009to June2011. All pation received neoadjuvantTEC chemotherapy for4cycles before breast surgry and TEC chemotherapyfor2cycles after breast surgry. The patients were took needle biopsy after2cycles neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Results: There are no PR,1case of lung metastasis,1cases of squamouscell metaplasia after4cycles. Ultrasonography observed63patientswith narrow foci. Examination tumor became smaller, softer.Pathologicallevel only a small number of patients with foci of cribriform change, half of thepatients with interstitial fibrosis, inflammatory infiltration and hemorrhage andnecrosis. Conclusions: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy has tumor cell killing effect and able to shrink the tumor volume.Needle biopsy can not stand alone as aneoadjuvant chemotherapy in the evaluation criteria,it must be combinedwith color Doppler ultrasound.
