Objective to explore the way by pacing double surperior pulmonary veins to make dogs atrial fibrillation animals model.Methods10healthy dog open thoracic way to Implant ten extremely catheter electrodes, fast pacing (1200/min) the double surperior pulmonary veins6hours. Observe induced atrial fibrillation, pacing back and forth double type to the heart and left auricular appendage electrophysiology examination results are compared.Results8dog finish the experiment, atrial fibrillation induction rate was80%. High frequency stimulation induce model can keep the atrial fibrillation on double type area and left auricular appendage first decreases increased after the ERP(145.±15.1vs130±16.3*vs136±11.4**,*p=0.004.**p=0.494), existing statistical significantly different. Induce af five hours later, in the overall atrial fibrillation induce window (∑WOV) a baseline increases, but no significant difference (26.7±65.3VS20±52.9, P>0.05). And in acetylcholine induce atrial fibrillation (0,1,3,6hours), visible atrial fibrillation on after rising to induce time of the decline of the process, and this trend and the correlation between the change trend of ERP.Conclusion the fast on the double lung making pacing atrial fibrillation animal models, and can be used in the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation, electrophysiology reconstruction, myocardial reconstruction, molecular biology change clinical research, also can be used for tachycardia sex and part of heart failure cardiomyopathy.
