The human papillomavirus (human papillomavirus, HPV) can causebenign hyperplasia of skin and mucous membranes, leading to the occurrenceof a variety of skin warts, and malignant disease of genital skin andmucosa.Different types of diseases are caused by different HPV types. HPVtype also have racial and geographic differences.Object:Analysis the distribution of HPV types in the specimens of the skin lesionsof HPV infection patients.Evaluate the sensitivity, accuracy and clinical valueof polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-reverse dot blot hybridization.Basic onthe data we will set up a useful HPV animal models for drug screening.Method:Genotyping cases of HPV DNA of verruca vulgaris and condylomaspecimens of outpatient of our hospital in October2011to April2012using thePCR-reverse dot blot hybridization method to explore the specific HPVinfectious distribution in Jilin area.Result:In15cases of verruca vulgaris specimens, the number of HPV detection is11cases, the rate of detection is73.3%.The HPV types respectively are: HPV17cases, accounting for63.6%of the total detection number; HPV23cases,27.3%, HPV1,2mixed infection2cases, accounting for18.2%.In the25cases of condyloma acuminatum specimens, the number of HPVdetection is23cases, the detection rate is92%. The HPV types respectively are:the monotonous infection in14cases,60.9%, of which5cases of HPV6,accounted for21.7%; HPV11type9cases,39.1%. Mixed infection9cases, 39.1%. Among them HPV6, type11mixed infection in3cases,13%; HPV6,16type mixed infection in2cases,8.7%; HPV6,18type in2cases,8.7%;HPV11,52type in1cases,4.3%; HPV11,53type in1cases (4.3%).Conclusion:Two HPV subtypes were detected in verruca vulgaris specimens, sixsubtypes in condyloma acuminatum specimens. HPV1type make up thehighest frequent infective rate,which is63.6%;HPV11the highest rate incondyloma acuminatum specimens, which is39.1%. We also found the existingof four high risk HPV type,named HPV16,18,52,53in condyloma acuminatumspecimens.The results showed that using PCR-reverse dot blot hybridization methodto detect the HPV subtypes of skin warts specimen has high sensitivity, highdetective rate, which is suitable for clinical application.
