Objective To investigate the incidence and influence factors for PTSD after the Yushu Earthquake in the first year, which combined anxiety and depression; And to provide the powerful evidence for the crisis intervention.Methods The self-general questionnaire, PTSD check list-civilian version(PCL-C), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).self-rating depression scale(SDS) were used on the victims from Yushu, Qinghai province, where named Jiegu town, including550victims from the east、south and north area. A total of513victims accomplished the surveys. The male276(53.80%), female237(46.20%); Age from18to68years old, an average of35.73+12.49years old. The data were analyzed by using SPSS17.0.Using statistical methods: descriptive statistics. x2inspection, Logistic regression and correlation analysis and so on.Result The incidence of PTSD was11.50%after the Yushu earthquake in the first year. Risk factors included the female, middle-aged, widowed, physical injury and lost relatives, while protective factor was the high satisfaction of social support. The incidence of anxiety was15.01%, depression was15.40%; The rate of PTSD combined anxiety, PTSD combined depression were7.02%for both, and the incidence of PTSD combined anxiety and depression was3.70%. PTSD, anxiety, depression have a significant relationship (P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of PTSD combined anxiety, depression among the victims after the earthquake in the first year were significantly higher than the normal populations. The incidence differs from the gender, age, marriage, physical injury, losing relatives, the satisfaction of social support. Post-disaster psychological intervention should be concerned about the victims, especially female, middle-aged group, widowed group, physical injury, losing relatives and the low satisfaction of social support.
