Objective:Explore the roots of C. glauca, Cyclobalanopsis glauca, nuts and red mushroom fruiting bodies of the inhibitory effect of detection of Russula fruiting bodies and the influence of Liquid Extraction from Russula Fruit body on the Life-span of Drosophila melanogaster, C. glauca roots of formaldehyde due to repair oxidative damage in mice, and C. glauca and Russulaantibacterial effect and formaldehyde oxidation repair function to compare, for better development and use of wild red mushroom, Russula symbiotic C. glauca special resources, production and development of natural Antisenility antibacterial health drinks and biocidal agents providing relevant theorybasis. Methods: Eastern Rongxian Russula Russula base and C. glauca as experimental materials, Yulin Normal University microbiology laboratory of the six kinds of bacteria and the Kunming mice were purchased from the Guangxi Medical Experimental Center of the experimental study as the research object. Antimicrobial Effect:80%ethanol as extracting solvent, the use of ultrasonic technology were prepared extract were measured in a certain concentration range of Escherichia coli. Garcinia Micrococcus, Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial effects of six kinds of tested strains, and its size. Antioxidant experiment:test the survival of the three recessive Drosophila, different concentrations of red mushroom extract of Drosophila life; formaldehyde oxidation damage model successfully established the role of oxidative damage through fed200mg/mlRussula and C. glauca root extract to detect the mouse organ of the body (blood, liver, heart, brain, etc.) and superoxide dismutase activity, compare the red mushroom and oxidative repair capacity of C. glauca. Result:Antibacterial tests, the test concentration range, the three kinds of test extract of E. coli, Micrococcus luteus, Carl Chambers yeast was inhibited, in which the inhibition of E. coli, Micrococcus luteus, and with the concentrationincreased inhibitory effect enhancement; inhibitory effect of C. glauca root> of C. glauca nuts> Russula. Anti-aging experiments:red mushroom extract of Drosophila life with a different extension, can play a certain anti-aging effects, is a natural antioxidant anti-aging drugs; The oxidative damage of the experiment, superoxide dismutase activity in serum, myocardial tissue:formaldehyde C. glauca group> formaldehyde Russula group> control group> formaldehyde self-healing group, C. glauca roots of oxidative repair performance (P<0.01) better than the red mushroom (p<0.05); superoxide dismutase activity in liver tissue and brain tissue:formaldehyde Russula group> formaldehyde iron C. glauca group> control group.Conclusions:(P<0.05); liver tissue and brain tissue superoxide dismutase activity:formaldehyde Russula Group formaldehyde C. glauca group> control group. Conclusion:The roots of C. glauca, C. glauca nuts and Russula fruiting bodies extract the antibacterial effect of the different strains of the selective inhibitory effect of the best roots of C. glauca, C. glauca nuts times and the antibacterial effect2.0g/mL mass concentration conditions better; Liquid Extraction from the Russula Fruitbodyon on the drosophila melanogaster’s life has certain anti-ageing effect, and the effect is better when the concentration is lmg/ml.the Russula oxidation repair is superior to C. glauca roots, but C. glauca roots and has a good repair. Rather concentration200mg/ml red mushroom and C. glauca root extract on the role of red blood cells is not obvious, and the specific reasons yet to be studied.
