ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the Newly synthesized Buyanghuanwu Decoction on treating coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention with Qi deficiency-blood stasis syndrome, and study its possible mechanism.MethodsThis study used as a random, double blind, controlled, experimental method, the object is to the hospitalized patients Who admitted between May2011and March2012from cardiovascular medicine and ICU. a total of60hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease who Meet the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two group (treatment group and control group),30cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment of Western Medicine. At the same time, the treatment group add services on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment of the Newly synthesized Buyanghuanwu Decoction. Both groups were treated for a month. It was designed to observe the changes of the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, angina pectoris, electrocardiogram and blood lipidResultsl.TCM symptom improvement:The treatment group can effectively improve the patients’syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, The effect of the treatment group is better than the conventional treatment of Western medicine group.2. Clinical symptoms of angina curative effect:The treatment group can effectively alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris. However, its efficacy compared with the control group, there was no significant difference between two groups.3. The curative effect of Electrocardiogram:The treatment group had better effect than the conventional treatment of Western medicine group on improving electrocardiogram(ECG) of patients with Myocardial ischemia. It shows up the Newly synthesized Buyanghuanwu decoction can improve the myocardial ischemia better.4. Effects on blood lipids:The treatment group can effectively regulate1ipid metabolism, and it shows better efficacy in reducing CHOL and LDL-C than the control group.5. The Newly synthesized Buyanghuanwu decoction of peace, specimens wen, supplementation and attack, level of Yin and Yang, safe and reliable, especially suitable for long-term use, has high clinical practical value.ConclusionsThe curative effect of The Newly synthesized Buyanghuanwu decoction on treating coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention with Qi deficiency-blood stasis syndrome is certain, and it can effectively improve the Syndrome of TCM, relieve angina pectoris, improve the myocardial ischemia injury electrocardiogram and reduce blood lipid. The possible mechanism were as follows:①It can dilate coronary artery, alleviate coronary spasm, increase the coronary artery blood flow, reduce the myocardial oxygen consumption;(2) and it also can regulate lipid metabol ism, resist atherosclerosis;③ts mechanism is probably related to the inhibition of platelet aggregation, the antithrombotic and anticoagulation effects, and it also can reduce blood viscosity, improve blood rheology and microcirculation.㏄robably it can scavenge oxygen free radicals, protect the impaired myocardial;⑤t can improve cardiac function, cardiac output, hemodynamics and enhanced myocardial contractility. The Newly synthesized Buyanghuanwu decoction safety and reliably, no side effects, has high clinical practical value.
