| Object: This paper is intended for study on quality standard of two different formulae, one is Aikeqing Capsules â…¡, the other is Bushen Yizhi Granules. The abstract is going to introduce two parts of this, briefly.Part â… Methods: Aikeqing Capsules â…¡, a new compound preparation used for diseases in AIDS, consisted of several Chinese Medicine such as Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Herba Epimedii, Radix Scutellaria and so on. It can enhance the condition of Kidney yang, removing the blood and detoxicate. The TLC was used to indentify Epimedium and Radix Scutellariae, The content of icariin in Epimedium and baicalin in Radix Scutellariae can be determined by HPLC. But Aconite should not be detected by TLC and aconitine in Aconite should not be tested by HPLC either. For icariin, the HPLC system consisted of Phenomenex Luna C18(250mm×4.6mm,5um), acetonitrile-water (24:76) as mobile phase, flow rate of1.0ml-min-1, detecction wavelength at270nm. And for baicalin, the HPLC system consisted of C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm), methanol-0.5%phosphoric acid (38:62) as mobile phase, flow rate of1.0ml-min"1, detecction wavelength at280nm. Results: The methods of TLC were simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility. The results of HPLC showed that calibration curve was linear in the ranges of0.196~1.470μg for icariin, and0.41~1.43u.g for baicalin. The average recovery rate were99.07%and100.21%, respectively. Conclusion: The whole method is appropriate for the quality control Aikeqing Capsules â…¡. Part â…¡Object:Another compound preparation, Bushen Yizhi Granules, was used for diseases Alzheimer’s disease. The TLC was used to indentify Fructus Cnidii Monnieri, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata. The content of osthole in Common Cnidium Fruit, and2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside (stilbene glucoside) in Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata were both determined by HPLC. For osthole, the HPLC system consisted of Phenomenex Luna C18(250mmx4.6mm,5μm), acetonitrile-water (65:35) asmobile phase, flow rate of1.0ml·min-1, detecction wavelength at322nm. And for stilbene glucoside, the HPLC system consisted of C18(250mmx4.6mm,5μm), methanol-water(30:70) as mobile phase, flow rate of1.0ml·min-1,detecction wavelength at320nm. Results:The methods of TLC were simple with strong specificity and good reproducibility. The results of HPLC showed that calibration curve was linear in the ranges of0.09~1.35μg for osthole, and0.84~3.15μg for stilbene glucoside. The average recovery rate were100.52%and99.75%, respectively. Conclusion:This set of method is suitable for the quality control Bushen Yizhi Fang. |
