Backgroud:Physical phenomenon is an important form of human life activities, and it is the human personality which is adapt to natural and environmental growth and the development of the humanity. Constitution are closely rela-ted to the tendency of diseases. It can guide disease prevention, diagnosi, treatment treatment, rehabilitation and healthy by understanding the diff-erent physical characteristics, evolution, factors, and classificationcrite-ria, YuxueZhi is one of the WangQi’s nine points basic physical typesin C-hinese Medicine(CM). A variety of studies have shown that YuxueZhi popula-tion are prone to cardiovascular disease, cancer, gynecological andotherdis eases. It is mainly obtained CM physical identificated data by inspection, auscultation-olfaction, interrogation, and palpation methods. W-hereas, there is no further progress in microscopic research.Objective:To study the physical characteristics of healthy Yuexuezhi population, detecting the populations’content of blood serum NO, plasma thromboxane B2,6-ketone-prostaglandin, vascular endothelin, comparing the differences bet-ween PingheZhi and YuxueZhi groups, so as to explore the features of heal-thy YuexueZhi population, and the correlation with microscopic indexes, pr-oviding the novel target for physical regulation.Methods:Among the healthy check-up population, selecting158cases according to the inclusion criteria, of which89cases belong to YuxueZhi group and69cases are PingheZhi group, and the physical indentification were completed by the doctor from the medical center. Collecting the basic informations, such as the patients’ages, gender, size,and diet habits, taking their blood samples, after centrifugation, obtaining serum samples, by taking ELISA met-hod (the radiation immune method), to measure the contents of serum NO,pla-sma thromboxane B2,6-ketone-prostaglandin, vascular endothelin. Collecting data table, and set up the database.Data were analyzed by using SPSS17.0statistical software. All the data were measured to the mean+-standard deviation (χ+-s), measurement data were compared using the t test, analys is of variance, and count data were compared using the x2test. The corr-elation of measurement data were analyzed by using multiple correlation analysis, the correlation between counting and measurement data were anal-yzed by using Logistic regression analysis, P<0.05was considered statisti cally significantResult:l.Age comparision. The ages between group PingheZhi and group YuxueZhi were showed statistical significant differences (P<0.05), the group Pingh-eZhi ages in average were significantly lower than group YuxueZhi.2.The gender distribution:The gender is no statistical difference in PinheZhi (P>0.05), The gender is statistical difference in YuxueZhi(P<0.05), women is more than men in YuxueZhi.3. Dieting habits:The dieting habits is different both Yuxuezhi and Pin ghezhi, the comparison is Statistically significant between group PingheZh i and group YuxueZhi(P<0.05)4. The correlated comparison between each index, age and gender in Grou p PingheZhi, that there is no significant correlation between (P>0.05).5. The correlated comparison between each index in Group YuxueZhi,that there is no significant correlation between (P>0.05).6. The comparison of each index between Group PingheZhi and group Yuxue Zhi:NO,6-ketone-prostaglandin level is no marked differences (P>0.05), TXB2and ET level was statistically significant (P<0.05).7.The correlated analysis between each index, age, gender, and eating habits and YuxueZhi. NO,6-ketone-prostaglandin level and eating habits are no significant correlation in YuxueZhi (P>0.05). gender, age, TXB2, vascul-ar endothelin level are constitution relevance in YuxueZhi(P<0.05).Conclusions: l.The comparison between group PingheZhi and group YuxueZhi about age that is statistical significant difference (P<0.05), that the average age of group PingheZhi significantly lower than group YuxueZhi.2.The gender distribution:women is significantly more than men in Yu-xuezhi, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. The level of serum NO, TXB2,6-ketone-prostaglandin, ET have no sign-ificant correlation (P>0.05) with age, sex.4. Dieting habits, Serum NO、6-ketone-prostaglandin level and type of c-onstitution has no significant correlation with Yuxuezhi (P>0.05).Sex, age, the level of TXB2, vascular endothelin has correlation (P<0.05) with Yux-ueZhi.
