ObjectiveThis study aims to the TCM nourishing yin and clearing heat and Diures ispost operative patients in the transurethral resection of prostate, clear Yangyin QingreWet plasma prostate transurethral postoperative qual ity of life in patients with theclinical response. Hematuria negative time in order to shortento improve thepostoperative maximum urinary flow rate, and improve the patients with urinary frequency, urgency, dysuria and other urinary tract symptoms, improve the quality oflife of patients and reduce the amount of residual urine.MethodCollected56cases of study patients in the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Fangcun Branch prostate surgical line power cut in July2011April2012surgery andmet the inclusion criteria, randomized, controlled trial. Qualified subjects were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group, treatment group and control group, the number of cases was1:1, the treatment group were28cases of28casesof control group cases. Subject to the international prostate score (IPSS) and quali ty of life score table (QOL), including preoperative and postoperative weeks1,4score, IPSS score, including:(1)0-7(mild symptoms);8-19(moderate symptoms);(3)2035(severe symptoms). Three levels, preoperative and postoperative1week,4weeks after surgery compared to record postoperative hematuria clearance time, preoperative and the postoperative residual urine volume and maximum urinary flow rate change, thus nourishing yin and clear heat Diuresis plasma prostatetransurethral postoperative complications and quality of life in patients with clinical response. Data the the SPSS18.0processing.Results(1)postoperative IPSS and QOL comparative analysis:1week IPSS of the treatment group and control group patients, P value of0.41, while the QOL, P value of0.772, are larger than0.05, no significant difference insignificance, four weeks after the IPSS and QOL P values visible (P<0.05), statistically significant difference.(2) comparative analysis of the postoperative maximum flow rate:Treatment group (12.1±3.5,15.2±4.8) and control group (11.5±3.8,13.2±4.0) compared by t-test,4weeks, P value less than0.05in the statistical school on asignificant difference.(3)postoperative hematuria comparative analysis of the clearance time:The treatment group (11.9±4.2) compared to the control group (17.3±4.7) There aresignificant differences (P<0.05).(4) comparative analysis of postoperative residual urine volume:The two groups of patients with postoperative residual urine volume, P=0.673,greater than0.05, no significant difference in the statistical analysis.Conclusions1. clearing away heat and Diuresis can improve urination on the patients subjectivefeeling, to improve the postoperative quality of life.2. clearing away heat and Diuresis can increase the maximum flow rate.3. clearing away heat and Diuresis can shorten hematuria clearance time.4.clearing away heat and wet no apparent significance to improve the postoperativeresidual urine volume.
