ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of asiaticoside(Ad) and madecassoside(Md) on the proliferation of human embryonic skin fibroblasts (HESFB) in vitroMethodsCulture HESFB under different concentration condition (0ug/ml,10ug/ml,50ug/ml,100ug/ml,200ug/ml,400ug/ml) of Ad and Md in virto, detect the OD value of HESFB in different incubation time (0day,2days,3days,4days,5days) by Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8) through ELIASA, and the data was analyzed with SPSS13.0statistic software.ResultsAd and Md can stimulate proliferation of HESFB when at10ug/ml,50ug/ml,100ug/ml and200ug/ml within5days, especially at200ug/ml, and Ad is more effective than Md..Both of them appeared inhibitory effects at400ug/ml.ConclusionIn a certain concentration range and time, Ad and Md can stimulate proliferation of HESFB in vitro, and the effect of Ad is better than Md under the same condition. While inhibitory effects appeared under higher concentration condition. |
