OBJECTIVE:To compare the different parts of rabbit adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs) the ability into osteoblasts.METHODS:Adipose tissues were obtained from the nape of the neck, post peritoneum, and inguinal region of a New Zealand rabbit. In vitro spread to the5th generation, adding inducer, not to join the inducer for the control group.Main Outcome Measures:Calcium-cobalt staining,Alizarin red staining and alkaline phosphatase activity detection were conducted after induction.RESULT:The calcium-cobalt staining and Alizarin red staining, cells were induced group most positive,The nodule size of the largest is groin adipose-derived mesenchymal stem, andPositive cells in the control group no significant.Induced group than the control group was significantly higher of ALP activity (P<0.05).Groin adipose mesenchymal stem cells, ALP activity than the back of the neck and retroperitoneal high,Difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Back of the neck and retroperitoneal compared with no significant difference (P>0.05)CONCLUSION:1.After induced ADSCs can differentiate into osteoblasts。2.Groin fat as a source of seed cells for bone tissue engineering a better drawn parts..
