Model Materials and methods: Select43Japanese big ear white rabbitsto establish the osteotomy and Bone extended model. Extended afterthe end of28days, Group B, prolong District callus more than group A, groupC also seen continuous callus, callus volume between B, and A, Group D calluswas significantly more than the other three groups,canal began to be formed;Histology by light microscopy observation of rabbit tibia after the end of14days, group A, group C only seen a small amount of osteoblasts, group B,fibrous tissue filling, osteoblasts than in group A and C increased significantly,showing a small amount of woven bone, group D reduced fibrous tissue, wovenbone increased significantly; Group B newborn cortical bone volume increasedsignificantly, then woven bone to reduce the medullary cavity formation is notobvious; Group D can be seen cortical bone is continuous, but a small part ofthe bone defect, the formation of part of the canal; Bone mineral densityanalysis draw day14with the control group A to group B, group D werestatistically significant (P <0.05), Group C no statistical significance; Day28compared with the control group A three group B, group C, D group werestatistically significant, Group D and group B and group C were statisticallysignificant.Conclusion: Bone lengthening in rabbit tibial lengthening in the localinjection of BMP-2to promote bone regeneration has a positive effect; ESWTto stimulate bone regeneration in rabbit tibia lengthening in with good effect,but the apparent role of slower BMP-2. The two factors co-additive effect incombination is better able to stimulate bone lengthening boneless callusformation.
