| Objective:To evaluate the effect of the choledochojejunal anastomosiswith ligation of ascending jejunal segment reconstruction method on thetreatment of congenital choledochal cyst.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data of62cases ofcongenital choledochal cyst，treated in the China-Japan Union Hospital ofJilin University from April2003to January2012by comparative analysisof two different biliary reconstruction methods,choledochojejunalanastomosis with ligation of ascending jejunal segment and Roux-Yhepaticojejunostomy.Results:There were32cases underwent choledochal cyst resetionand choledochojejunal anastomosis with ligation of ascending jejunalsegment,30cases underwent choledochal cyst resetion and Roux-Yhepaticojejunostomy.the operative time, postoperative intestinal functionlength of hospital stay,costs in the choledochojejunal anastomosis withligation of ascending jejunal segment group were less than Roux-Yhepaticojejunostomy group. by comparative analysis of recentlypostoperative complications in the choledochojejunal anastomosis withligation of ascending jejunal segment group and Roux-Y hepaticoje-junostomy group,P<0.05, there was no significant difference between twodifferent surgical method.There were49cases were followed up throughphone call postoperatively, including25patients with the choledochoje-junal anastomosis with ligation of ascending jejunal segment method(biliary tract infection in3cases, bile duct stone in1case).24cases with Roux-Y hepaticojejunostomy method (biliary infection in5cases, bileduct stone in1case),compare the long-term postoperative complicationsin two groups,P>0.05, there was no significant difference.Conclusion:Cyst resection and biliary reconstruction is the bestchoice for the treatment of congenital bile duct cystic dilatation. Thecholedochojejunal anastomosis with ligation of ascending jejunal segmentmethod is an ideal technique for congenital bile duct cysts of biliaryreconstruction. |
