Coenzyme Q10(CoQ10) as antioxidants has been a research hotspot in recent years.But because of its physical and chemical properties, its solubility characteristics limits itsapplications in body surface. This topic through nanostructured lipid carriers to launchCoQ10, the human embryonic skin fibroblasts (ESF-1) as an experimental object, set upoutside the cell oxidative damage model, the first H2O2to induce lipid carrier carryingCoQ10(CoQ10-NLC) and a comparison group of ordinary emulsion carrier CoQ10andblank lipid carrier group and negative control group control. Then use the ultraviolet lampirradiation injury patterns to establish UVA cells induced by lipid carrier carryingCoQ10and ordinary emulsion carrier CoQ10and blank lipid carrier group and negativecontrol group comparison, finally through a number of experimental results show that thislipid carrier carrying CoQ10surface antioxidant effect. Based on the study and discussion.The results showed, the CoQ10nanostructured lipid carriers compared to ordinaryCoQ10emulsion, has better antioxidant effect. So this article wants to get a new surfaceoxidation on the route of administration, so it can improve the CoQ10on the surface of theantioxidant effect.
