The Study Of Relieve Odynophagia For Patients After Thyroid Surgery By Applying Medicinal Ice

Objective To relieve odynophagia for patients after Thyroid surgery by applying medicinal ice, in order to increase the satisfaction of patients and promote health quickly.Method patients after Thyroid surgery(exclude heart disease、diabetes) are randomly divided into3groups, one is observation group(with no ice),other two are control groups, control groupl is with high glucose ice and control group2is with high glucose and xylocaine mixed ice to relieve odynophagia after operation, observe the odynophagia score of patients at0hour、6hours、12hours、24hours and48hours after operation.Result there is significant analgesic at6hours compared with0hours postoperation in control groups,P<0.05.There is significant difference analgesic effect between the three groups at24hours postoperation, P<0.05.Conclusion medicinal ice can effectively relieve pain after Thyroid surgery. It is inexpensive, safe and convenient. It can be popularized in clinical work.
