Influences Of Iidocaine In Different Epidural Anesthesia Level On Effects Of Propofol TCI During Induction Of General Anesthesia

【Objective】:To evaluate the effect of lidocaine during different epidural anesthesia level on propofol TCI anesthesia。【Methods】:Colon cancer patients haing electie line with45cases and stomach cancer patients with15cases, ages20to64years old, ASA I or II level classification, the random number table method, and colon cancer patients were randomly divided into3groups with (n=15):epidural bowel group (GI), epidural saline in the control group (GSI), epidural saline in control group (GSII), with gastric cancer patients for epidural stomach group (GG).Except GSII, the other groups were infused with sodium lactate Ringers’injection at a dose of10ml/kg before the induction of general anesthesia. The mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate (HR),pulse oxygen saturation (SPO2), electrocardiogram(ECG),and bispectral index (BIS) were measured during the operation. The patients in GG group were treated with epidural anesthesia in T9-10,and the other groups were punctured in L2-3.GG and GI group were given with1.5%lidocaine3ml first, and12ml was supplied after3min. Both of GSI and GSII groups were infused normal saline15ml。 Each group began to note medicine in12min using acupuncture method to determine the plane and Bromage feel block method (I-level IV) was nerve block movement degree, then use Diprifuser3500pump line c TCI tabor phenol. Set the initial effect room tabor c phenol target concentrations (Ct) for4ug/ml, respectively in TCI began after2,3,4, and5minutes (T2-T5)take blood plasma tabor phenol determination c (Cp), concentration, and each time the corresponding record at heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure and Diprifuser3500pump record of propofol effect room concentration (Cf) and BIS value.[Results]:GG, GI, GSI three groups of patients tabor phenolic plasma concentrations of c (Cp), propofol effect room concentration (Cf) dosage and no significant differences; But at the same time points three BIS value has significant difference:GG group minimum, GSI highest and GG group role stronger than GI group (p<0.05); GSII group of Cp, Cf are higher than the other three groups, but at the same time the BIS values are not lower than GG, GI group.[Conclusion]:Lidocaine epidural anesthesia can intensify the effect of propofol TCI anesthesia...
