It correlations with the clinical pathological notch4protein inColon cancer was assessed.The log-rank survive alanalysis was used toevaluate the relationship between the different groups.Results: The positive expression rate of notch4protein was significantlyhigher in Colon cancer than in Ulcerative colitis (75.00%vs36.36%P<0.05),The expression and the patient’s age, gender, lymph node metastasis, distantmetastases, tumor site, no statistically significant, The expression of notch4protein was negatively correlated to Survival time, differentiation grade.Conclusion:The positive expression rate of notch4protein wassignificantly higher in Colon cancer than in Ulcerative colitis;The expression of notch4protein was negatively correlated to Survival time,differentiationgrade;Notch4may be a novel prognostic marker of Colon cancer. |
