Objective:To explore the effective strategies of rehabilitation on balance deficit function inpatients of stroke, to discuss the treatment effect by Taichi training combined balancingapparatus (ProKin biofeedback balance training system) on stroke patients with balancedysfunction, and to discuss its mechanism.Materials and Methods:40patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic cerebral stroke at recovery stage weredivided into two groups according to a randomized grouping principle: the treating groupand control group. The control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training; thetreatment group were added with Tai Chi training program and ProKin balance TherapySystem training.Assess the two groups of stroke patients rehabilitation before treatmentand after6weeks treatment. All patients in the two groups were assessed with the balancesubscale of the Fugl-Meyer test(FMB), Berg Balance Scale(BBS), and Average TraceError (A.T.E)at the time of beginning and after6weeks. All the data was processedthrough the software SPSS17.0.Results:(1) There was no significant difference in the general condition of patients, includingage, sex ratio and stroke type between the two groups on admission. At the same time, therewas no statistical difference between the two groups in the initial functional assessmentscore (P>0.05).Ruling out the treatment factors, we can conclude that there is acomparability between the two groups.(2)The treatment results:①After rehabilitation treatment, the treatment group and thecontrol group patients with balance function score (FMB, BBS), and A.T.E scores wassignificantly improved, and the results of the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).②Compared with the control group, patients of the treatment group with FM-Bvalue and A.T.E index of the degree of improvement were significantly improved, thedifference has statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion:(1) The program of integrated rehabilitation of Tai Chi training program and ProKinbalance Therapy System training with routine rehabilitation training can significantlyimprove the comprehensive balance function in patients during the convalescent stage ofischemic and hemorrhagic cerebral stroke, which is better than routine rehabilitationtraining.(2) The program of integrated rehabilitation of Tai Chi training program and ProKinbalance Therapy System training can speed the Proprioception function resumption ofChinese stroke patients with henfiplegia.
