| Objective:To explore the Clinical effect of Shu Weining for Chronic nonatrophic Gastritis (Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)Method:60cases of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of chronic nonatrophic gastritis from the clinical, randomized to observation cases into two groups, namely, the treatment group (Shu Weining group), control group (Weisu granules group),30cases in each group, the treatment cycle for28days. Observe the clinical comprehensive curative effect, the effect of TCM and single integral effect, mucosal lesions efficacy, mucosal pathological efficacy, H.p effect, drug safety as also as adverse reactions between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:In clinical treatment, Mucosal pathological effect, mucosal lesions improved, Shu Weining in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency type CNAG is superior to Weisu granules control group (P>0.05); in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes single integral, the treatment group can significantly improve the epigastric or rib pain, anorexia, mood disorders and sigh symptoms, to compare the efficacy group (P<0.05); two groups for bloating, poor appetite and indigestion, belching, hiccups, nausea and vomiting improved efficacy equally (P>0.05); The two groups both can’t significantly clear Hp.Conclusion:Shu Weining can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and gastric mucosal lesions of chronic nonatrophic gastritis Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome), but no significant improvement in H.p. |
