The Clinical Research Of The Effect Of Anovulation Infertility Assisted Ovulation Induction By Fufang A Jiao Jiang

Objective:To observe the effect of Fufang A Jiao Jiang combined with clomiphene citrate (CC), human menopansal gonadotropin (HMG) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) treatment the anovulation infertility, and to explore its mechanism.Methods:The patients with anovulation infertility for65cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of34cases59cycles and control groupof31cases58cycles are treated with Fufang A Jiao Jiang joint the CC/HMG/HCG and the CC/HMG/HCG respectively. To observe the rate of the Cycle pregnancy, the total pregnancy, the cycle of ovulation, the uni-follicle development cycles, the dosage of HMG. the endometrial thickness and the proportion of type A endometrium in the HCG injection day. the luteinized unruptured follicles syndrome (LUFS) between the two groups.Results:(1) The pregnancy rate of treatment and control groups are44.1%(15/34) and19.4%(6/31) respectively, with cycle pregnancy of25.4%(15/59) and10.3%(6/58).There were significant differences between the two group(P<0.05).(2) The cycle ovulation rate of treatment and control groups are78.0%(46/59) and58.6%(34/58) respectively, with uni-follicle development cycles of84.8%(39/59) and55.9%(19/58).There were significant differences between the two group (P<0.05). The rate of LUFS between treatment and control group are5.1%(3/59) and17.2%(10/58) respectively. There were significant differences between the two group (P<0.05).(3) The dosage of HMG of treatment group is significantly less than control group,The difference is significant (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the thickness of endometriumon the day of injection of HCG between the two groups (P<0.05). The number of type A endometrial in the HCG injection day, the treatment and control group are58.7%(27/46) and26.5%(11/34) respectively. There were significant differences between the two group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Fufang A Jiao Jiang combined with CC/HMG/HCG can reduce the dosage of HMG and LUFS, increase of the endometrial thickness, the proportion of type A endometrium in the HCG injection day, the rate of cycle pregnancy, pregnancy, the rate of ovulation and uni-follicle development cycles.
