Objective:through the analysis of atrophic AMD (age-related macular degeneration. AMD) group and normal control group, exudative AMD group and the control group, atrophic AMD group and exudative AMD group of the lipid, hemorheology, C reactive protein, preliminary discuss AMD typing and blood lipid, hemorheology, C reactive protein correlates, confirm the modern medicine related to AMD pathogenesis related theory. Objective analysis of AMD between various syndromes of blood lipid, hemorheology, C reactive protein, explore its and syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine in modern medicine from angle of correlation, embody TCM characteristic, namely the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, local syndrome differentiation and systemic dialectical unifies, at the same time for different syndromes of medication to provide guidance, reflect standardized diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:29patients with AMD diagnosed as illness group and divided into atrophic group and exudative group,30patients of the same age with no such investigation as control group, relatively atrophic group and control group, exudative group and control group, atrophic group and exudative group of the lipid, hemorheology, C reactive protein, make clearly the correlation of AMD different types. According to general higher education" fifteen" national planning textbook" ophthalmology of TCM Syndrome Differentiation for" phlegm stasis, blood stasis syndrome, yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome in type, were compared between the syndrome of lipid, hemorheology, C reactive protein, make clearly the correlation between, index and different syndromesResults:Atrophic AMD group:plasma viscosity values higher than the control group, erythrocyte rigidity index were lower than the control group;Exudative AMD group:total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, blood high cut (200/s), whole blood viscosity in the cut (30/s), high viscosity of whole blood reduction viscosity, whole blood high relative viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte rigidity index than the control group increased red blood cell aggregation index,; ESR, blood low shear viscosity than the control group numerically lower; In addition, high blood reduction viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index, whole blood high cut relative viscosity index of exudative AMD group is higher than that of atrophic AMD group.Phlegm stasis:RBC aggregation index is higher than that of blood stasis syndrome, low density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than that of the other card type;Blood stasis syndrome:low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high shear reduced viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index, erythrocyte deformation index is higher than that of phlegm stasis; high shear reduced viscosity, erythrocyte rigidity index than liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome;Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome:whole blood high relative viscosity than that of blood stasis syndrome, low density lipoprotein cholesterol than phlegm stasis. Conclusion:AMD typing is partially correlated to blood lipid, hemorheology, but had no correlation.with CRP. Atrophic AMD is correlated to plasma viscosity, and has no obvious correlation to lipids, CRP. Exudative AMD mainly with the decrease of erythrocyte deformability, erythrocyte rigidity enhancement, and has no apparent correlation to CRP. AMD syndrome type have certain relevance to blood lipid, hemorheology, and have no correlation with CRP, prominent in changes of blood lipid, hemorheology of blood stasis syndrome. However, blood lipid, hemorheology, C reactive protein is not suitable for AMD typing and TCM Syndrome Differentiation Typing target specificity and diagnostic index.
