On the basis of the analysis of literature data, combined with the actual situation of the medical services in our community, built a comprehensive set of community in medical and health services evaluation index system. The index system to be improved on the basis of the results of previous studies, using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient effect on the characteristic of Chinese medicine community health services demonstration area, benefit evaluation index system reliability and validity were evaluated.The evaluation index system of medical services in our community use of the structure process outcome evaluation mode, the index selection index weight coefficient mainly Delphi method. In this paper, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process evaluation model of community service, verify the empirical analysis, evaluation system and method of this article can be seen with strong accuracy with objective reality.Finally, the future development of the community service to make some suggestions, due to the limited level of understanding is not deep enough, remains to be further learning and development.
