Comprehensive Therapy For The Treatment Of Postoperative Intestinal Obstruction Due To Adhesions (Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) Clinical Study

Objective: The clinical experiment by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Westernmedicine therapy (routine western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicinetriple therapy) and conventional medicine in contrast, records of patients with symptoms,signs and the various physical and chemical indexes change, research on IntegratedTraditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on postoperative adhesive intestinalobstruction treatment advantage.Method: choose to accord with the criterion of postoperative adhesive intestinalobstruction (qi stagnation and blood stasis type) in60cases, were randomly divided into twogroups, the treatment group used the integrated Chinese traditional and Western medicinetherapy, both traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment (fluid resuscitation,antibiotic therapy) combined with traditional Chinese Medicine to "triple therapy"(nasogastric administration, enema of TCM, acupuncture, the control group) the use ofmedicine in the rehydration, antibiotic therapy, soap water enema, recorded in two groups ofpatients with symptoms, signs, physical and chemical examination of changes in treatmentguidelines, reference the results of using statistics method, comparison analysis.Results: through clinical observation of the treatment group and the control group of twogroups of patients with nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, bloating and abdominal plainfilm change records.Statistical analysis, comparison and concluded:29cases in the treatmentgroup, the total efficiency of89.66%,28cases of the control group, the total efficiency of82.14%,(P <0.05), the two groups had significant difference, which proves that the totaleffective rate of treatment group was better than the control group in the total efficiency.Conclusion: through clinical observation proves that integrated traditional Chinese andWestern medicine therapy is the treatment of postoperative intestinal obstruction of qistagnation and blood stasis type of ideal scheme, in line with the traditional Chinese medicine"dialectical theory rule","the whole concept" advantage, to provide a new way for the clinicaltreatment, new method.
