The Clinical Observation Of Type2Diabetes Diagnosed Deficiency Of Yin And Excessive Heat Syndrome Treated With Xiaoke Decoction

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Xiaokefang decoction treating type2DM diagnosed deficiency of Yin and excessive heat syndrome.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups averagely with diabetic diet and exercise. There were no differences in sex, age, course, chronic complication between groups. The curing group took Metformin and Xiaokefang decoction while the control group taking Metformin only. They were treated for1month. The observational index included main clinical symptoms, FPG,2hPG, FINS, IAI, HBCI.Results:All sixty cases of the curing group and the control group were completed successfully. The results showed that both two groups could improve clinical symptoms, IAI, HBCI and could obviously reduce the level of blood glucose, FINS, meanwhile the curing group played a greater role compared with the control group.Conclusions:Xiaokefang decoction can decrease the blood glucose and relieve the clinical symptom of type2DM diagnosed deficiency of Yin and excessive heat syndrome. It can improve insulin sensitivity.and the secretory function of islet β cells.
