Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Eficiency Of The Spleen And Heart Organ Of Insomnia By Sun Abdominal Acupuncture

Objective:Sun abdominal acupuncture treatment for the clinical curative effect of the spleen and heart of insomnia patients.Compare the sun abdominal acupuncture and the conventional acupuncture the curative effect and difference of treating insomnia.Methods:1.Select60cases deficiency of the spleen and heart of insomnia patients as the research object.Randomly divided into abdomen needle group and control group.30cases of every group.2.Abdominal needle group selection of abdominal one area and abdominal eight area.With0.35mmx40mm specifications of HaoZhen in abdominal area place.tip to navel direction,with15癷nclined penetrate into the skin1.0inches,three needle parallel.In the abdomen in eight areas, straight penetrate into the skin1.0inches. The control group selection shenmen, Neiguan,Baihui,Anmian, Xinshu,Pishu and Sanyinjiao.Each group was treated for2weeks.3.Before and after treatment with Pittsburgh sleep quality rating scale for the evaluation.4.All data applications SPSS17.0software statistics processing.Count material using a chi-square test,measurement data to(x±s) said,data analysis using t-test,P<0.05for data are statistically significant.Results:1.Before treatment,in comparison of PSQI and sleep factor,were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Before and after treatment,in comparison of PSQI and sleep factor,are a statistically significant difference (P<0.01).3.After treatment,in comparison of PSQI,are a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).In comparison of sleep factor,The sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time and sleep efficiency are a a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Sleep disorders and hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction were not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Abdominal needle group total effectiveness93.3%, the control group total effectiveness is76.7%.Conclusion:Sun abdominal acupuncture and abdominal needle therapy of two methods of deficiency of the spleen and heart of insomnia all have certain curative effect,and the former is better than the latter.
