Quercetin down-regulation the expression ofVEGF protein in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion:Quercetin can inhibit the abilities of cell proliferationã€migration andinvasion of ACHN cellsï¼› with different concentrations of quercetin treateddown-regulating VEGF expression on human renal cell cancer cell line ACHN. Theeffect of quercetin on the proliferationã€migration and invasion in renal cancer cell, themechanisms may have close relationship with down-regulation of expression of VEGF. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | renal cell carcinoma, quercetin, migration, proliferation, invasion, vascularendothelial growth factor | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
