A Multicenter Study For TCM Comprehensive Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effet of Comprehensive Treatment ofchronic pelvic inflammatory disease through multicenter randomized control study，and itsclinical impact on chemicallexamination and patients quality of life in order to explore theclinical evalue and cure mechanism and optimize the effective screening for chronic pelvicinflammatory disease, Chinese medicine for promoting integrated treatment programs,provide support for its efficacy the basis of clinical trials,.Methods: This study belongs to the "Eleventh Five-Year" National Science andTechnology Support Program project on "quadruple therapy of chronic pelvicinflammatory medicine and diagnostic and treatment practices of optimization" part of thesubject, Through a randomized multicenter control study,we select162cases which wereas chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.The cases were divided into two gropes,a grope had81cases. Treatment group with Parkinson soup pots Yan Xiao oral+enema Enema+TDP+dregs topical therapy in the control group were given orally with Lian Bo Tang, Thetreatment end after4weeks.By before and after treatment, we observe Syndrome, localsigns and quality of life (World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF), and theerythrocyte sedimentation rate, vaginal secretions cleanliness, B-indices, secure andeconomic norm.Results:(1) In the treatment group and control group integrated effect of markedlyeffective rate were83.79%、46.58%; TCM symptoms markedly effective rate was79.73%、57.54%; local signs markedly effective rate was79.73%、42.47%, treatment groupcompared with the control group, there was a significant difference (p<0.001);(2)Treatment group improvement in clinical symptoms score was significantly better than thecontrol group (P<0.01); treatment group in improving abdominal pain, yellow leukorrhea, abnormal menstruation terms were more effective than the control group (P <0.05);Treatment group, the clinical symptoms after treatment were significantly improved (P<0.01).(3) The total treatment group in the local signs Points significantly improvementthan the control group (P <0.01); treatment groups in uterine tenderness, right attachmentzone thickening and tenderness were improved tenderness (P <0.05); left attachment zonethickening and tenderness were significantly improved tenderness (P <0.01);(4)In theterms of Physical and chemical examination, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate andvaginal discharge cleanliness inspection, two groups were fair; treatment group in terms ofimproving the pelvic mass or fluid were fair(p>0.05).(5) Quality of life in the treatmentgroup in improving the quality of life total score, physiological and psychological areasand social field were significantly improved than the control group (p <0.01); and the fieldof the environment than the control group (p <0.05);(6)Comprehensive Treatment ofchronic pelvic inflammatory disease was effective, economical and secure than the controlgroup.Conclusion: Combination therapy in traditional Chinese medicine to improve heatstasis junction clinical symptoms in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,quality of life of local signs and effective, worthy of clinical application.
