Objective: The major purposes for research is in order to explore the relationshipbetween the constitution of TCM and types of patients with acute ischemic strokesyndromes, and at the same time by the research of the link between the study ofsyndromes and pathogenesis, the investigation of common risk factors for the frequency ofoccurrence in acute ischemic stroke and the TOAST sub-distribution of secondary researchpurposes as the secondary purpose. Methods:To investigate the risk factors, the syndromes of the TCM, the constitutionsof TCM and the pathogenesis in patients with acute ischemic stroke and to improve thebiochemical tests cranial CTA or DSA in patients after admission are for the more stringentsubject. Finally using the SPSS17.0for data analysis. Results: Feng-tan-yu-zu was common in the patients of moderate and tan-shiconstitution type, Yin-xu-fen-dong was common in the patients of yin-Deficiencyconstitution; Qi-xu-xue-yu was common in the patients of Qi Deficiency and Qi-yuconstitution type. In addition, the Qi Deficiency type people has the tendency toQi-xu-xue-yu phlegm as the Tan-shi constitution type tan-shi constitution type to Feng-tan-yu-zu. Lacunar cerebral infarction is easy to express the Feng-tan-yu-zu syndrome, cerebral watershed infarction after the onset is easy to express the Qi-xu-xue-yu andYin-xu-fen-dong, atherosclerotic cerebral infarction is easy to express the Yin-xu-fen-dong and Qi-xu-xue-yuConclusion: The patterns of TCM syndrome were related with constitution type ofTCM. The patterns of TCM syndrome were related with the pathogenesis of patients.
