Clinical Effect Observation Of Chinese Herbal Medicine Retention Enema Therapy To Treat Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Hot And Samp Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine retention enemato treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of humid heat stagnation,hence be a scientificand credible evaluation, aimed at finding a safe、convenient and efficient with topicaltreatments.Methods:60case of CPID patients were randomly divided into two group:treatmentgroup(30cases,treated with PenQiangYanGuanChang Fang for Chinese Herbal Medicineretention enema) and control group (30cases,treated with KangFuXiaoYan suppositoryby rectal administration).The improvement of traditional chinese medicine syndrome,localphysical sign and the changes in the hemorheology,the level of IL-2、TNF-,the changeof the uterine blood circulation、the pelvic B ultrasound were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was93.3%in the treated group,while it was66.7%inthe control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).In the aspect ofimproving symptoms and signs, the curative rate was93.3%in the treatment group and70.0%in the control group.Analyzed with statistic method, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.01).The two groups before and after treatment of TCM symptomscores,local signs integral were significantly reduced.The treatment group was superiorthan the control group.The differents were significant(p<0.01).The treatment groupexcelled the control group in improving the uterine blood、the indexes of hemorheology、the level of IL-2、TNF-,minishing the size of the inflammatory mass and reducing thecavity effusion(p<0.05).Harmful reaction was not found during the course of clinicaltreatment.Conclusions: PenQiangYanGuanChangFang for Chinese Herbal Medicine retentionenema is effective and safe in treating CPID of damp and blood stasis.The effect may be achieved through improving the condition of high condensation、uterine in blood andrectifying unbalanced immunity,hence improving the patient’s clinical signs andsymptoms.It is worth further study and clinic application.
