Objective: The study based on the survey of febrile convulsion’s TCM influencingfactors, investigate the common influencing factors, in order to provide reference forfebrile convulsion in TCM.Methods: Adopting the method of questionnaire to collect the basic information andpersonal details of100cases with febrile convulsion and100cases with the high fever whodenting the history of febrile convulsion, we establish the database and analyze the datawith SPSS19.0software.Results:1.In the group of100cases of children with febrile convulsion, boys are more thangirls.78%of the children attack in their infant period,74%children’s first onset temperatureare above39℃and81.7%children’s duration of attack are less than or equal to5minutes.The incidence of children who attacked only once is53%, and only5%children attackedagain in a course. The attacks are caused by the exogenous pathogenic factors,96%children are caused by the pulmonary system disease.Winter,11am to3pm and11pm to3am have more incidence. The average value of CK-MB in37children with FC is(28.47±12.47)IU/L,22children’s detection value among them are higher than the normalrange, and compared with the control group, the difference had statistical significance. Theaverage value of WBC in62children with FC is (7.23±2.97)×109/L,53children’sdetection value among them are lower or belongs to the normal range, and compared withthe control group, the difference had no statistical significance. 2.Through the univariate logistic regression analysis of the control study of100caseswith febrile convulsion and100cases with the high fever who denting the history of febrileconvulsion, the results showed that birth asphyxia, family history, the impatience emotion, eating greasiness food, Yin-deficiency constitution, Yin-deficiency constitution withdyspepsia, damp-heat constitution can increase the risk of febrile convulsion, whilespontaneous labor, pregnancy health, normal birth weight, normal constitution can decreasethe risk of febrile convulsion.Through the further multiple logistic regression analysis, theresults showed that under the combined action of multiple factors, birth asphyxia, familyhistory, eating greasiness food and Yin-deficiency constitution become the risk factors offebrile convulsion, and mother’s health during pregnancy is the protective factor of febrileconvulsion. Conclusion: Congenital factors, exogenous pathogenic factors, dietary factors, emotional factors, age factors, constitution factors, heart and liver are influencing factors,we should actively prevent and eliminate all kinds of influencing factors, in order to reducethe incidence of this disease.
