The Exploitaion Of Series Of Herbal Cuisine Granules For Sub-health

Objective：Determining the medicinal food formula according to the principle ofcompatibility of medicines, ascertaining the landmark composition, optimizing the process,determining the content of the landmark composition, determining product formulation,finally developing series of herbal cuisine granules for sub-health through the health carefunction evaluation experiment.Method：Uniting Chinese medicine literature and traditional Chinese medicine theory,with the sub-health as the breakthrough point, improving quality of seven pathologicalconstitutions which are deficiency of qi, deficiency of yin,blood stasis, phlegm-dampnessconstitution,damp heat constitution, tebin constitution and peace constitution as theresearch target, the formulas which were rigorous, conforming to the basic theory oftraditional Chinese medicine, with diet characteristics, conuntering to different sub-healthpopulations were drawed up. Determining the landmark compositions of each ingredients, using modern technologymethods, such as UV-Vis, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method todetermine the content of the landmark composition.Based on the method of traditionalmedicinal food production, orthogonal design was adopted to screening the best level fromsoak time,ratio of solid to liquid and decoction time. And then according to the bestprocess,herbal cuisine granules for sub-healtmade which were convenient for both carringand eating, good taste and curative effect were producted. The function experiment wasproceeded, including the mice bear-loading swimming test and determining liver glycogentest to evaluate the function of herbal cuisine granules for sub-health.Results: Formulas and decoction technology are reasonable, the landmark compositionsgot enrichment using optimization decocting conditions; Landmark composition of eachformula was ascertained,and the items of content assay for total saponins, proteins and crudepolysaccharides were set up. The average content of total saponins of blood stasis formula is10.54mg·g-1;The average content of proteins of deficiency of yin formula is8.255mg·g-1;The average content of crude polysaccharide of peace constitution formula is55.08mg·g-1;The average content of crude polysaccharide of damp heat constitution formulais98.74mg·g-1;The average content of crude polysaccharide of phlegm-dampness constitutionformula is74.38mg·g-1;The average content of crude polysaccharide of deficiency of qiformula is128.0mg·g-1;The average content of crude polysaccharide of tebin constitutionformula is121.9mg·g-1.The results of the methodology experiments show that the methods ofcontent assay of differtent landmark compositions have good repeatability, good stability, andtheir recovery meets the requirement.The function experiments also show each foumula hashealth care function.
