In the background of knowledge economy, talents are core factors of hospitals.Competitions among hospitals are the senior talents. Therefore, it is very target of eachhospital how to form a perfect motivation mechanism through modern motivationtheory, stimulate enthusiasm, potential, and innovation of talents, attract and retainthem, and make them feel satisfaction and loyalty, at last, they devote themselves toachieving common development between hospitals and individuals.Firstly, the article introduced the background of motivation mechanism study ofVIP maternity of GYN center; and described the theoretical and practical significance,reviewed domestic and foreign literatures on motivation mechanism. Research contentsand methods are proposed on these bases. Secondly, motivation status quo of VIPmaternity of GYN center is introduced from basic facts, HRM basic facts, and needssurvey. Basic facts are introduced from developping histroy, stratege, organizationstructure and operation model which affect motivation much. HRM is introduced fromhuman structure, characteristics, motivation characteristic and points which are near bymotivation management. For further digging motivation needs, there is a survey for thetalents of the center, which includes questionnaire and interview. Then, according tothe survey results, the motivation program is made from several levels. On the base ofclear explicit program design rule, motivation model and contents are put, andstrategies are put forward from basic and higher level, which introduced at length fordifferent level employees. Finally, for the strategies, implementing phase is made clear,and supporting strategies are approved, then recommendations to cope with difficultiesmay be encountered in the implementation are put forward.According to research result, the article approved a series of scientical and actualmotivation program for how to bring the enthusiasm, and retain the talents in VIPmaternity of GYN center, also attract talents in society in current complexenviroment. Besides, the helping measures are approved for the program, which canimprove efficiency and effect for motivation manage improvement, which is differentfrom HRM of many government-management hospitals.
