Pharmacological studies show,Anemone flaccid has significant anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effect of. The subject of pre-basic research has been composition of five kinds of Saponins in the root of Anemone flaccid, On this basis,continue to the right Anemone flaccid two closely related species of Anemone anhuiensis, Anemone hofengensis, triterpenoid saponins were isolated and identified.Three triterpenoids aponins were isolated from Anemone anhuiensis,as3-0-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1â†'2)-β-D-xylopyran-osyl)oleanolic acid-28-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1â†'6)-β-D-glucopyrano-s ide)(6),3-O-{β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1â†'2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl) oleanolic acid28-O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1â†'4)-β-D-glucopyranoside)(7),3-O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1â†'2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl) oleanolic acid (28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1â†'4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1â†'6)-β-D-gluco-pyranoside)(8)。Five triterpenoid saponins were isolated from Anemone hofengensis,as3-O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1â†'2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl)oleanolic acid(9),3-O-{α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1â†'2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1â†'2)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl} oleanolic acid28-O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1â†'4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1â†'6)-β-D-glucopyranoside)(10),3-O-(α-L- rhamnopy-ranosyl-(1â†'2)[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1â†'4)]-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl} oleanolic acid{28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1â†'6)-β-D-glucopyran-oside}(11),3-O-{β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1â†'2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl} oleanolic acid28-0-{β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1â†'6)-β-D-glucopyranoside}(12), oleanolic acid-28-O-rhamnopyranosyl-(1â†'4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1â†'6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (13)。9-13compounds were isolated from Anemone hofengensis for the first time.And through the HPLC established Anemone flaccid, Anemone anhuiensis and Anemone hofengensis fingerprinting, combined with HPLC-MS data, through direct comparison analysis and application of principal component analysis (PCA), partial least-squares discriminant analysis (PSL-DA) the acquisition of the HPLC fingerprint analysis, looking for differences in chemical composition and the distance of phylogenetic relationship among these three kinds of medicinal herbs. The results show that, three kinds of herbs HPLC has a certain similarity with the three match for Anemone flaccid plants of the fact that. Also found that the Anemone hofengensis and Anemone flaccid on the genetic relationship is closer than Anemone anhuiensis. And on three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines and chemical composition difference undertook an analysis, find out the distinction between the three components of biological markers.
