| Objective Through the clinical observation of Gexia Zhuyu Tang Jiajianfang in the treatment of compensatory cirrhosis (liver and spleen stasis syndrome), obtain an objective evaluation about the clinical efficacy and security.Method Use the method of contrasting randomly, sixty patients of compensatory cirrhosis were chosen, among them30patients belong to the treatment group and30patients belong to the control group. The treatment group take Gexia Zhuyu Tang Jiajianfang and basic treatment, the control group with basic treatment. The period of treatment is28days. The contents of the observation including TCM symptoms, liver function, index of liver fibrosis, abdomen B ultrasonic examination (the internal diameter of main portal vein, and spleen thickness) and safety index. After the observation, all data in statistical analysis.Result (1) Comprehensive effect analysis results:the total effective rate of treatment group was96.7%,and76.6%in control group (two group total effectiveness was difference (P<0.05), shows that the effect in treatment group better than control group.(2) Symptoms improve traditional Chinese medicine analysis results:treatment group was better than control symptoms improve traditional Chinese medicine, two groups of basic recovery rate were 33.3%and10.0%respectively, statistical analysis difference (P<0.05), shows that the effect in treatment group better than control group.(3) Liver function test results:two groups of patients, ALT, AST are improved, before and after the treatment inside it show the difference (P<0.05); After the treatment TBIL between the two groups have the unusual significant difference (P<0.01).(4) The index of liver fibrosis test results:Before and after treatment the treatment group’s HA, LN, PIIIP, CIV and LN has the unusual significant difference (P<0.01); The treatment group and control group is difference after treatment (p<0.05).(5) Abdominal B ultrasonic examination results:Between two groups after treatment, the internal diameter of main portal vein and spleen thickness have explicit difference (P<0.05);Within the group compared, the internal diameter of main portal vein of the treatment group has the difference (P<0.05)before and after treatment.(6) Safety:both groups without any adverse reaction, all cases judged as security.Conclusion Gexia Zhuyu Tang Jiajianfang has the effect of relieving clinical symptoms, recovering liver function, reducing the index of liver fibrosis, narrowing the internal diameter of main portal vein and spleen thickness, its curative effect is accurate, and it has high security. |
