Cross-sectional Study For The Quality Of Life Chinese Disease About70CKD Patients

ObjectiveThis study used the specific table of life quality (KDQOLTM-36) and (SDS),(SAS) to evaluate the quality of life of70patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) which staged1-4and to find the infection of the factors about CKD patients, especially the Chinese medical disease.Methods1. Observe70CKD patients in different Chinese medical diseases.2. Compare70CKD patients with52healthy population by using the specific table of life quality (KDQOLTM-36) and (SDS),(SAS) to evaluate the differences between the quality of life of them.3. Using the same tools to evaluate the quality of life of70patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) which staged1-4and to find the infection of the factors about CKD patients.the Chinese medical disease. Then make a discussion about the infection of relative factors to CKD patients.Result1. The quality of life of CKD patients is below to the healthy population in the nine fields of ten.(P<0.01,△P<0.05) 2. Male CKD patients have the higher quality of life in manual pep. But lower in the infection about symptom and kidney disease Infection.(*P<0.01,△P<0.05)3. There are differences between the different age groups. The young group has the highest quality of three groups in tax of kidney disease and hurt degree.(P<0.01) The mid-aged group and the old group have no differences between them.(P>0.05)4. There are differences between the different course groups. The under-f ive-years group has the highest quality in physical function and manual pep. The five-to-ten-years group has the lowest quality of life in tax of kidney disease. The beyond-ten-years group has the lowest quality of life in emotion, society emotion, infection of kidney and manual pep.(*P<0.01,△P<0.05)5. The depression patients have the lower quality of life than healthy ones in symptom and kidney disease infection, tax of kidney disease, emotion and manual pep.(*P<0.01,△P<0.05)6. The agitation patients have the lower qual ity of life than healthy ones in tax of kidney disease, hurt degree and emotion.(*P<0.01,△P<0.05)7. As the degree of fat increasing, the quality of life of CKD patients decline in symptom and kidney disease infection, tax of kidney disease and physical function.(*P<0.01)8.Integral renal failure group has the lower quality of life than the normal renal function group in symptom and kidney disease infection, tax of kidney disease, emotion and manual pep.(*P <0.01,△P<0.05)9. The spleen-kidney-yang deficiency group has the lowest quality of life in symptom infection. The liver-kidney-yin deficiency group has the lowest quality of life in tax of kidney and hurt degree, but high in society role and emotion. Both qi and yin deficiency group has the lowest in manual pep.((?)P<0.01,△P<0.05)Conclusion1.The quality of life of CKD patients in three Chinese medical diseases are compared as:spleen-kidney-yang deficiency group<liver-kidney-yin deficiency group<Both qi and yin deficiency Group.2.The quality of life of CKD patients are below to the healthy population almost in all the sides.3. The quality of life of CKD patients are affected by sex, age, course, depression and agitation, fat and bloody pressure.
