| Objective: To survey about doctor-patient relationship through the part of themedical staff and patients of six public hospitals in Xinjiang, found that the tension of thedoctor-patient relationship, analyzed the reason of the tension doctor-patient relationship,and proposed reasonable and effective countermeasures and suggestions. Methods:According to the actual situation of the public hospitals, under the guidance of instructorsand related experts, we conducted a questionnaire survey in medical staff and patients ofthe six public hospitals. We investigated in-depth about the status of the doctor-patientrelationship, problems and countermeasures through the overall evaluation of thedoctor-patient relationship, doctor-patient relationship tension responsibility, the reason oftense doctor-patient relationship, medical ethics, ways to improve doctor-patientrelationship and other aspects.(1) Data analysis. Comply with access to large amounts ofliteratures, and countries to develop the legal system of the doctor-patient relationship,in-depth analysis of the status of the doctor-patient relationship and the reasons, andproposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.(2) Questionnaire. Therandom sample survey of the doctor-patient relationship status in six public hospitals inXinjiang is divided into two kinds of medical staff questionnaire and patient questionnairedepending on the subject of the investigation. Each issued250copies of eachquestionnaire, a total of500copies. Which medical staff questionnaire to recover the245valid questionnaires were valid response rate was98%, patient questionnaire validquestionnaires242valid response rate was96.8%. From the overall evaluation of thedoctor-patient relationship, doctor-patient relationship tension responsibility, the reason oftense doctor-patient relationship, medical ethics, several aspects of the methods andmeasures to improve the doctor-patient relationship, medical staff and patients of twodifferent objects on the recovery the questionnaires were analyzed to better reflect the current status quo of the doctor-patient relationship.(3) Statistical analysis. Through theOffice Excel2007input raw data and SPSS17.0statist software for data collected bydescriptive analysis. Results: The status of the doctor-patient relationship:(1) Distrustincreases between doctors and patients.(2) Patient disputes the growing violence isfrequent.(3) The emergence of professional medical trouble. The reason of tensedoctor-patient relationship:(1) Government health funding, inadequate investment, theirrational distribution of resources.(2) Imperfect legal system of health care.(3) Thebiased media coverage.(4) Both doctors and patients own reasons. Conclusion: Throughthis survey to show the status quo of doctor-patient relationship is also quite nervous andneed to take corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.(1) Strengthening the healthsystem reform.(2) Improving and perfecting the medical security system.(3) To increaseinvestment in health and medical field, strengthening the health resources of the Xinjiangregion of the rational allocation.(4) Improve and perfect health laws and regulations.(5)Strengthening public hospitals management, to improve the quality of medical services.(6)Strengthen the doctor-patient communication, patient-centered health care service deliverymodel.(7) Strengthen the medical humanities education; improve the medical workers ofself-cultivation.(8) Improve the patient’s own cognitive and self-cultivation, rational andobjective treatment of the medical dispute.(9) To strengthen the positive publicity andguidance of the news media. |
