Influence Of Age On The MAC-awake Of Sevoflurane In Women Undergoing Gynecological Surgeries

Objective:To observe the influences of age (twenty-fifty) on the MAC-awake of sevoflurane in women undergoing gynecological surgeries. so prevent Anesthesia understand during surgeries and conduct clinical Anesthesia work. Methods:sixty patients with ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ undergoing gynecological surgeries.under sevofluence were divided into three groups with20each;group I,20～29years old; group Ⅱ,30～39years old; and group Ⅲ,40-50years old. Anesthesia was induced with sevoflurane8%in oxygen, the end-tidal sevoflurane concentration was maintained at3%for10min after loss the eyelash reflex and then the LMA was inserted, and the intraoperative maintenance concentration of sevoflurane was3%or so. In the whole surgeries process, nothing medicines were used but sevoflurane. When surgeries were finished, the LMA was extubated and tensioning face mask after the end-tidal sevoflurane concentration was maintained at1.2%for10min. then. the end-tidal sevoflurane concentration was reached target-concentration maintaining10min, after that, observer called patients each twenty seconds and lasted two min, at the same time, observer must watch conscious reaction of patients, At the end of the surgeries, the concentration of sevoflurane was determined with the up-down sequence method at a1%interval.The MAC-awake of sevoflurane and corresponging95%confidence intervals (95%CI) were calculated. Results:The MAC-awake and corresponging95%CI of the three groups were as follows:group Ⅰ,0.64%(0.57%～0.70%); group Ⅱ,0.55%(0.50%～0.60%); and group Ⅲ,0.44%(0.37%～0.50%).
