Clinical Observation Of Clotting Function And Prognosis Of Lung Cancer Patients In Stage Ⅲ B&Ⅳ Before And After Targeted Therapy

Objective: To investigate the change of coagulation function indexes of patients with lungadenocarcinoma in stage IIIb&IV after targeted therapy and its impact on prognosis.Method: The clinical data of103cases of oral gefitinib for the the Nepalese treatment ofpatients with lung adenocarcinoma of stage IIIb&IV in Xinjiang Tumor Hospital fromJanuary2008to November2011was collected, and a retrospective analysis was carriedout to observe the change of plasma prothrombin time (PT), partial thromboplastin time(APTT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB) and platelet (PLT) after treatment, and toanalyze its relationship with the short-term effect. The single-sample paired t-test analysiswas employed to analyze the change of coagulation indicators, and the chi-square test wasemployed to analyze the relationship between the change of the various coagulationindicators and short-term effect. Results:1. The change of plasma prothrombin time (PT)(t=2.364, P=0.020) and fibrinogen (FIB)(t=2.877, P=0.005) after the targeted therapyhas a statistically significant difference.2. Not a statistically significant difference wasfound for partial thromboplastin changes of the enzyme time (APTT)(t=0.866, P=0.420), thrombin time (TT)(t=1.326, P=0.277), and platelet PLT (t=0.434, P=0.630)after treatment.3. The relationship between the change of prothrombin time (PT)(X~2=6.270, P=0.014)&fibrinogen (FIB)(X~2=10.847, P=0.001) and the short-term effectwas statistically significant. Conclusion: Targeted therapy can relieve the hypercoagulablestate of patients with lung adenocarcinoma of stage IIIb&IV, and after treatment,prothrombin time (PT) extending group PT shortening group; fibrinogen (FIB) shorteninggroup had a higher efficiency than that of FIB extending group.
