Objective: To study the changes of serum proteomie spectra in in uyghur womenwith intermediate stage and advanced cervical carcinoma before and after treatment inorder to detect the protein biomarkers. Methods: Proteomie spectra from serum of60uyghur women groups with intermediate stage and advanced cervical cancer patientsbefore radiotherapy,7patients who achieved complete remission(CR)after radiotherapy,and60persons from normal uyghur women control subjects were analyzed by thetwo-dimensional liquid chromatography system. Results: There are13significantdeviation in the22differential expression protein peaks of patients before radiotherapyand normal individualswere obviously different. There are11significant deviation in the15differential expression protein peaks of patients before and after radiotherapy wereobviously different. There are2significant deviation in the12differential expressionprotein peaks of patients after radiotherapy and normal individualswere obviouslydifferent. Conclusion: The expressions of protein levels are different before and afterradiotherapy in uyghur women groups with intermediate stage and advanced cervicalcancer.Protein signatures of cervical cancer may be screened using two-dimensional liquidchromatography system. Those signatures may be helpful in assessing the minimalresidual disease and predicting the treatment efficacy....
