Objective: To prepare biomimetic, inteligent scaffold for tissue engineering ofthumb distal phalanx with using Micro-CT gathered three-dimensional data. Methods:Get the Macro and Micro biomimetic3-dimensional printing STL file form the DICOMdata that scanned by Micro-CT, Print out a scaffold of a phalanx by the3D print system.Results: The data which scanned by Micro-CT can directly used by3D print system andRapid Prototyped after the data edited with Mimics. Conclusion: This have significan tothe high biomimeticly reconstruction of destructive injury of thumb.
