| Objective:Preliminary exploration of neural stem cells as a gene target cells, carryingthe green fluorescent protein using adenoviral transfection of neural stem cells isfeasible. Methods:Isolation, cultivation and identification of neural stem cells, carrying thegreen fluorescent protein using adenoviral transfection of neural stem cells, usingfluorescence microscopy of green fluorescent protein expression.Results:Transfected16h began to appear around the rare weak green fluorescence, in the48h or so,the vastmajority of neural stem cells were transfected with the ball, showing the fluorescenceintensity varies scattered phenomenon. In the first7days,almost all of the cells weretransfected and showed strong green fluorescence ball. Conclusion:Adenovirus carryingthe GFP gene can be successfully transfected into neural stem cells. |
