Objective: Evaluation of autologous T cells immunotherapy combinedwith conventional chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lungcancer: clinical efficacy observed. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our Hospital, Clinical Cancer Center, advanced non-small cell53patients, which uses27cases of autologous T-cellimmunotherapy combined with conventional chemotherapy, compared with thesame period, matching the26cases of patients with chemotherapy alone, twogroups were observed disease control rate, toxicity, quality of life and thecombination therapy group, immune recovery. Results:autologous t-cell immunity therapy combined with conventionalchemotherapy and chemotherapy alone of disease control rate(CR+PR+SD)are:88.9%and65.4%, statistically significant differences in treatment (P<0.05),toxicity response aspects of the combined treatment group compared tochemotherapy alone group II-IV myelosuppression rates were:25.9%and53.8%,P=0.038, statistically significant difference (P <0.05); the quality oflife.combination therapy group compared to thechemotherapy alone Karnofskyscore total increase rate was89.3%and65.4%, respectively, statisticallysignificant differences (P <0.05). CD8+T cell subsets in patients with combinedtherapy group decreased (P <0.05), CD4+cells and CD4+/CD8+ratio, and Bcells, T cells count significantly increased compared to before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion: autologous T cells immunotherapy combined withconventional chemotherapy treatment in advanced non-small cell lung cancercan not only improve the disease control rate, but also reduce the toxicity ofchemotherapy, improve patients’ quality of life, while improving the patient’simmune function.
