Huatan Xiaoshuan Decoction For The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals) Clinical Study

Purpose: Observation with Huatan Xiaoshuan Decoction for the treatment of acute period of ischemic stroke(phlegm and blood stasis blocking col laterals)the clinical efficacy and safety, provide a basis to clinical application.Method:We will be incorporated into the standard and60patients were randomly divided into2groups.30cases in the control group were given conventional treatment, stroke;30cases in the treatment group, the control group treated with clothes"Huatan Xiaoshuan Decoction".A course of treatment for1weeks,a total of two courses. Neural function defect score were observed before and after treatment, symptom scores and changes of blood rheology and adverse reaction.Node:1. Total:fruit effect comparison of neural function defect effect and the effect of TCM, two groups compare difference to all have statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to control group.2.Degree of neural function defect integral comparison: the treatment group after2weeks of treatment can reduce the degree of neural function defect of patients, compared wi th the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. TCM syndrome integral comparison: treatment group2weeks after treatment was lower in patients with TCM syndrome integral,compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Indexes of blood rheology comparison: the treatment group can significantly improve the hemorheological indices compared with the control group differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).5. Safety and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in two groups:three routine, liver function, coagulation full and electrocardiogram were no abnormal changes, nor with phlegm with related adverse reaction.Knot theory: phlegm wi th can s ignif icant ly improve symptoms and blood microcirculation, is the treatment of the acute phase of ischemic stroke (phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals) effective and safe non-toxic reaction is the ideal drug.
