| Objective:To observe the effect of treating duodenal ulcer of deficiency cold in spleen and stomch syndrom with warming middle-Jiao and tonifying deficiency, promoting the growth of mucosa and nourishing stomach.Methods:60cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group which has30cases was treated with Western medicine named Pantoprazole, the treatment group which has30cases was treated with the therapy of combination of TCM and Western medicine. HP-positive patients should be treated with triple therapy program for7days’ cure first to eradicated helicobacter pylori.8weeks later, the relief time of stomachache, HP eradication rates and clinical efficacy were evaluated. The groups of patients were assessed with syndrom integral and every single symptom integral preceding treatment, for4weeks and8weeks using statistical method.Results:The relief time of stomachache and HP eradication rates of two groups showed no significant difference. The effective rate were86.67%in treatment group and63.33%in control group, the effective rate of two groups showed significant difference, the function of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group. Both groups were effective after treatment, and in control group there was no significant difference between4weeks after treatment and8weeks after treatment. The clinical effect of two groups were similar after treatment for4weeks, there was no significant difference.8weeks later, the clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. After treatment for4weeks, in treatment group, the symptoms that stomachache, aversion to cold, cold extremities and water regurgitation had made a remarkable improvement. After treatment for8weeks, in treatment group, the symptoms that big tongue, loose stool, aversion to cold and cold extremities had made a remarkable improvement, which is better than that in control group. All the symptom were significantly improved in both groups.Conclution:Warming middle-Jiao and tonifying deficiency, promoting the growth of mucosa and nourishing stomach had a good clinical effect on the therapy of duodenal ulcer of deficiency cold in spleen and stomach syndrom. |
