Objective:Through to the statistical analysis of coronary heart disease patients with hypertension disease with traditional Chinese medicine disease syndrome of heart, liver, spleen, kidney, and the imaginary disease syndrome of Qi deficiency, Blood deficiency, Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency, studied its distribution rule. Thus to carry on the discussion of the deficiency in the pathological essence of coronary heart disease patients with hypertension, In order to coronary heart disease with hypertension treated with traditional Chinese medicine to provide reference.Methods:The Four diagnostic information of202coronary heart disease patients with hypertension disease was colleeted. A diagnosise was obtained for each patient bye contrasting with certificate in integral form. Collected all the information of syndrome elements Of the patients in order to study its distribution rule. Thus we can discuss the pathological essence of heart disease patients with hypertension disease.Results:1.In202cases, The order of disease syndrome was heart> kidney> liver> spleen; there is no statistical difference among disease syndrome of different sex;To divide the patients into four groups bye the age, and study the distribution features of every syndrome elements in different ages. There was a statistically significant difference between Frequency distribution of heart,kidney,pleen from different ages; To divide the patients into four groups bye the course of coronary heart disease, There were statistically significant differences between the groups about Distribution of syndrome factors of heart, kidney and pleen. To divide the patients into four groups bye the course of hypertension; There were statistically significant differences between the groups about distribution of syndrome factors of kidney and pleen.2. The order of disease of syndrome factors was Qi deficiency>Yin deficiency>Yang deficiency>Blood deficiency; There were statistically significant differences between the different age groups about distribution of syndrome factors of Yin deficiency and pleen Blood deficiency; Yin deficiency had significant differences between groups divided bye the course of coronary heart disease。Blood deficiency, Yin deficiency had significant differences between groups divided bye the course of hypertension.3. The order of disease syndrome combination was heart,heart+kidney+spleen,kidney+spleen,heart+spleen,heart+liver. Accounting for78.6%of the total.The order of syndrome factor combination of the deficiency of pigment was Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency;Qi deficiency; Yin deficiency; Qi deficiency+Yang deficiency; Qi deficiency+Blood deficiency. Accounting for75.7%of the total. The order of disease resistance+disease syndrome Combination was:(heart+Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency),(heart+kidney+spleen+Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency),(heart+Qi deficiency),(kidney+spleen+Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency),(kidney+spleen+Yin deficiency),(heart+liver+Qi deficiency),(heart+liver+Qi deficiency+Yang deficiency),(heart+kidney+spleen+Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency+Blood deficiency).Conclusion:1. The order of disease syndrome was heart>kidney>liver>spleen;The order of disease syndrome combination was heart,heart+kidney+splcen,kidney+spleen,heart+spleen,heart+liver.2. The order of disease of syndrome factors was Qi deficiency>Yin deficiency>Yang deficiency> Blood deficiency;The order of syndrome factor combination of the deficiency of pigment was Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency; Qi deficiency; Yin deficiency; Qi deficiency+Yang deficiency; Qi deficiency+Blood deficiency.3.The order of disease resistance+disease syndrome Combination was:(heart+Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency),(heart+kidney+spleen+Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency),(heart+Qi deficiency),(kidney+spleen+Qi deficiency+Yin deficiency),(kidney+spleen+Yin deficiency).
