[Objective]:To explore the action potential of ventricular cardiomyocytes in guinea pigs. Observe the change of guinea pigs’action potential after nerves denervation and the impact of cardiac afferent nerve.[Methods]:The guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal control group, capsaicin group, acute myocardial infarction group, after half an hour of successful modeling, connecting with the monophasic action potential of Powerlab8130, then collecting the action potential of guinea pigs’epicardium and myocardial, saving into the computer, using this Powerlab’s software analysis system to analyse this action potential, including the changes of RMP, OS, APA, APD50, APD90, APD. Finally all date analyzed by means of statistics through SPSS11.7software.[Results]:Compared with the nromal control group, RMP, OS, APA, APD50, APD90, APD0of myocardium in the capsaicin group were blow. One of the APA was significantly lower than normal control group, p<0.05, with a statistical significance. RMP, OS, APD50, APD90, APD0were more obvious reduced than normal control group, p<0.01, with a significant statistical significance. And acute myocardial infarction group was compared with normal control group, RMP, OS, APA, APD50, APD90, APD0also were blow normal control group. The RMP, APA were significantly lower than normal control group, p<0.05, with a statistical significance. OS, APD50were more obvious reduced than normal control group, p<0.01, with a significant statistical signficance. Capsaicin group was compared with acute myocardial infarction group, Capsaicin group was more apparently reduced than acute myocardial infarction group, the comparison of this two groups, APA, APD90had signficant difference, p<0.05, with a statistical significance. The action potential change of guinea pigs’epicardium, capsaicin group was compared with normal control group, RMP, OS, APA, APD50, APD90, APDo were blow normal control group. Cardiac afferent nerve has effect on the electrophysiology of guinea pigs, and is mainly to the repolarization. Ventricular cardiomyocytes can short the time of the repolarization, and has role in the2period of platform and3period of the repolarization.2. Acute myocardial infarction of guinea pigs, in addition to the role of the cardiac afferent nerve, other factors are engaging in the change of the electrophysiology of acute myocardial infarction.
